The Gilmer Buckeyes won their eighth game of the season Friday night in Bullard; beating the Panthers 49-7.

Like every game this season, the Buckeyes scored a lot of points and gained a lot of yards.

Tickets for Bullard game

Advance tickets for the Bullard game at Panther Stadium in Bullard on Friday night, Oct. 24, are on sale from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Thursday at the Gilmer ISD Adminstration Building on Trinity St.

Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. All tickets at the gate will be $7.

Gilmer High School's McLane Carter Selected as Built Ford Tough Texas High School Football Player of the Wee



As usual, the closer the playoffs loom, the better the Gilmer Buckeyes seem to play. The offense is averaging a whopping 57 points per game and senior signal-caller McLane Carter is flawlessly operating the no-huddle spread attack.
