Battle of 'G' Towns set for Friday night at Lobo Stadium in Longview



In February, when Gilmer head coach Jeff Traylor was scheduling teams for the 2014 and 2015 seasons, he was surprised when Gladewater, which already had a full schedule, declined to schedule the Buckeyes for a home and home, non-district series of games. The long time rivals had met 58 times including every season since 1980.

Student tickets are available until noon on Friday for $5. Tickets will be sold at the gate (cash only) for $8. No student tickets will be sold at gate. Orange cards will be honored!
